When should I book Christmas lights?
As early as you can. Installs usually start in early November, and fall schedules fill up fast. If you book early, you'll be lit by Thanksgiving.
Do I need to buy my own lights?
No. We supply all the lights. We install them, then take them down and store them until next year.
What if a light goes out during the season?
We'll fix it. Mid-season service is included at no charge.
Will the clips damage my gutters or shingles?
No. We use clips made for gutters and shingles that come off clean. We never use nails or staples.
What's the difference between permanent and holiday lighting?
Holiday lights go up for the season, then we take them down and store them. Permanent lighting stays up all year. We use Minleon, which is built to stay up for 10 years or more, and you change the colors from an app whenever you want. Permanent lighting comes with a 6-year parts warranty.
What's the difference between low-voltage and regular outdoor lighting?
Low-voltage systems step power down to 12 volts with a transformer. That makes them safer around people and pets. They also use less energy with LEDs and are easy to add to over time.
What plants do you use in your landscape designs?
We custom design every landscape to go with your home, and we use all locally grown plants.
Do you do hardscapes?
Yes. We build walkways, patios, retaining walls, and custom mailboxes. We can also add lighting to them.
Do you do landscape maintenance?
Yes. We do mowing, pruning, edging, spring and fall clean-ups, gutter cleaning, and snow plowing.
Do you work with commercial properties?
Yes. We light storefronts, restaurants, offices, condo and HOA entrances, and other commercial properties, for the holidays and all year.
